Terms and Conditions of Sale - Goldiecar Monaco

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions between Goldiecar Monaco (hereinafter referred to as "Goldiecar") and its customers, whether for the purchase or sale of vehicles.

1.2. By entering into a transaction with Goldiecar, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Vehicles for Sale

2.1. The vehicles offered for sale by Goldiecar are luxury cars and hypercars, carefully selected for their quality, authenticity and condition.

2.2. Vehicle descriptions, specifications and prices are provided for informational purposes. Goldiecar reserves the right to modify or correct this information at any time.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. The prices of the vehicles are indicated in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of taxes, duties and registration fees.

3.2. Full payment of the vehicle is required before delivery, unless prior written agreement between Goldiecar and the customer.

3.3. Payments can be made by bank transfer or any other payment method accepted by Goldiecar.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery of the vehicle will be made to the address specified by the customer, subject to prior agreement.

4.2. The costs of delivery, registration and insurance of the vehicle are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

4.3. Goldiecar will endeavor to meet agreed delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

5. Warranty and Inspection

5.1. Goldiecar undertakes to provide vehicles in good working order, in accordance with the specifications described.

5.2. The customer has the right to have the vehicle inspected by a trusted third party before the purchase.

5.3. Vehicles sold by Goldiecar may benefit from a warranty, the terms and conditions of which will be specified in a separate contract.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1. Cancellations of orders must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation charges.

6.2. Goldiecar does not accept vehicle returns unless by prior agreement, and these may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Goldiecar is committed to protecting the privacy of the customer's personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. Transactions between Goldiecar and its customers are governed by the laws of Monaco.

8.2. Any disputes arising from the transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Goldiecar and its customers. By transacting with Goldiecar, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of doubt or question, the customer is invited to contact Goldiecar for clarification.
